The Austin College women's cross country team placed sixth in its first ever Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championship on Saturday. Olivia Flaggert was the top finisher for the 'Roos, placing 35th overall with a time of 28:28.69 in the 6k race.

Ashley Fitzpatrick took 43rd place with a time of 30:03.13 and Carina Parikh was 44th, finishing in 30:04.77. Sophie McDonald, Emily Olvera, Megan Daugherty, and Jessica Carlson took spots 52 through 55, and Naina Singh, Sally Humphries, and Genevieve Norman placed 59th through 61st, respectively.
