    DALLAS, Texas - The Austin College cheer team had an outstanding weekend on the campus of Southern Methodist University, securing a spot at the 2025 NCA Nationals with the program's first ever Silver Bid. By earning their Silver Bid, the 'Roos will not need to qualify for nationals during the season, and instead are now automatically qualified to compete in Daytona Beach next spring.

    LEXINGTON, Ky. — A record number of volleyball programs have earned the AVCA Team Academic Award sponsored by INTENT. More than 1,400 collegiate and high school volleyball programs maintained a year-long grade-point average of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale (or 4.1 on a 5.0 scale), to earn the award for their classroom excellence during the recently completed academic year. Among the programs recognized was the Austin College volleyball team.

Olivier is a 2023 graduate of Austin College, and most recently served as an assistant swim coach for Racine United School District in Racine, Wisconsin, as well as an assistant for Carthage College water polo.
