SHERMAN, Texas - Austin College women's water polo player Cory McGrath has been named the CWPA Offensive Player of the Week after her outstanding performance to help the 'Roos to a 4-0 weekend in Erie, Pa., last weekend.

McGrath, a senior from Flower Mound, had a huge weekend to help Austin College top Grove City, Wheaton, Penn State Behrend, and Connecticut College, scoring 21 times in four games highlighted by a nine-goal performance in the weekend opener against Grove City. She added six goals in the team's victory over host school PSB, and in a tightly contested 15-14 win over Connecticut College, McGrath tallied four times to lead the 'Roos to the victory. She rounded out the weekend with a pair of goals as Austin College coasted to a 22-4 win over Wheaton.
