SHERMAN, Texas - The Austin College men's water polo team collected more academic honors this week, as 11 'Roos were named All-Academic by the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches.

The ACWPC has three tiers of recognition for its student-athletes, with those earning Outstanding honors achieving a grade-point-average between 3.71 and 4.0, those earning Superior recognition boasting a GPA between 3.41 and 3.7, and student-athletes with a GPA between 3.2 and 3.4 being named to the Excellent tier. Austin College sophomores Will Koelzer and Brett Skinner, along with freshmen David Mowles, Zachary Griffith, and Cade Griffith were each named to the Outstanding tier, while freshmen Michael Marks and James Mirt, as well as sophomores Ben Rafalski and Kyle Brown, were in the Superior category. Sophomores Tanner O'Dwyer and Connor Watson were named to the Excellent tier for their academic achievements.
