SHERMAN, Texas - After being named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Week, Austin College men's basketball player has been named to the D3Hoops.com National Team of the Week for his outstanding performance over the weekend.

Holland, a junior forward from Waxahachie, averaged 32.5 points, 12.0 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 3.5 steals-per-game as the 'Roos split their conference matchups at Southwestern and Texas Lutheran. Holland scored 30 points in the narrow loss against the Pirates before exploding for career-highs of 35 points and 17 rebounds in a big win over defending SCAC champion TLU.

Holland is currently seventh in the SCAC with 17.5 points-per-game and third with 8.7 rebounds, and is shooting 52.2% from the field, 39.1% from long distance, and 75.6% from the free throw line this year. He also ranks second in the conference with 1.9 steals-per-game.
