DALLAS, Texas - The American Southwest Conference announced its 2021-22 Academic All-Conference Teams, and 29 members of the Austin College football program have been recognized for their outstanding success in the classroom.

Among those to earn Academic All-ASC distinction were Trey Adams, John Aldridge, Austin Bell, Ryan Bogenreif, Grayson Brautigam, Nick Chevalier, Tiger Dietz, Brady Dygert, Jackson Epes, Brylee Galloway, Texas Gordon, Jacob Hanes, Tyler Hanes, Mike Hare, and Grady Harper.

Also earning Academic All-Conference honors were Tyler James, Kennon Magers, Duavo McDonald, Joseph McGuire, Jason Miao, Paul Montemayor, Colin Mushinksi, Jarrett Pleasant, Rylan Ritch, Osvaldo Salas, Sean Verdun, Max Walstad, and Sam Yanelli.

To be eligible for ASC Academic All-Conference honors, student-athletes must have been in attendance and completed at least one academic year (two consecutive semesters) at their institution. They must also have a 3.0 cumulative grade-point-average after the spring semester.
