The Austin College athletics department is celebrating NCAA Division III Week with games both home and on the road, as the 'Roo baseball, softball, tennis, and women's water polo teams will all be in action from Friday through Sunday.

The 'Roo baseball team gets things started on Friday evening when they host Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference opponent Trinity University, with first pitch of the three-game series set for 7:00 p.m. at Baker Field. The 'Roos and the No. 12-ranked Tigers will be back in action on Saturday with a doubleheader currently scheduled for 1:00 p.m., though that game time could be moved up to avoid potential inclement weather later in the evening.

Also at home this weekend are the men's and women's tennis teams, as the 'Roos take to the courts on Saturday afternoon for a non-conference match against LeTourneau University. That match is set to begin at 1:00 p.m. at the Jordan Family Courts.

The 'Roo softball team is heading to San Antonio this weekend to take on Trinity, beginning with a doubleheader at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday evening. The two teams will take to the field to wrap up the three-game series on Sunday, with first pitch currently scheduled for noon.

The Austin College women's water polo team is headed to Pennsylvania this weekend to compete in CWPA games on Saturday and Sunday, opening the weekend with an 8:00 a.m. game on Saturday against Grove City, before taking on Wheaton at noon. They'll wrap up their Saturday slate at 7:00 p.m. against host school Penn State Behrend. Austin College will then finish up the weekend with a game against Connecticut College at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday. All times noted are CDT.
