The Austin College volleyball team picked up a big win over the University of Dallas on Saturday, topping the Crusaders 3-1 after falling behind after the first set. The 'Roos are now 15-10 overall and 6-4 in Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play.
The 'Roos dropped the opening set 25-21 before rallying back with three straight victories to take the match, edgint Dallas 25-22 in the second set before dominating sets three and four with scores of 25-11 and 25-14. Rebekah Bowden led the way with nine kills and five total blocks, and Reygan Holloman added eight kills.
Presleigh Watson had seven kills and nine total blocks, while Dani DeWitt had eight kills and Madison Lee added seven. Rachel Fusselman had 30 digs and Katie Ingle finished the match with 22 assists to go along with five kills and nine digs.
