GEORGETOWN, Texas - The Austin College men's and women's tennis teams are headed to Southwestern for the 2023 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships, with the women's team set to take the court on Thursday while the men get into action on Friday.

The 'Roo women open the tournament as the No. 7-seed, and they'll take on host school and No. 2-seeded Southwestern at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday evening. The winner of that match moves on to face the winner of Thursday afternoon's meeting between No. 3-seed Colorado College and No. 6-seeded Texas Lutheran University on Saturday at 3:00 p.m.

Meanwhile, on the men's side of the bracket the 'Roos will be taking on No. 2-seeded Trinity, with the men once again entering the action as the No. 7-seed. That match against the Tigers is slated to be played on Friday at 9:00 a.m. at East View High School, with the winner of the match advancing to face either No. 3-seed Colorado College or No. 6-seed TLU, with the next round scheduled for Friday at 9:00 a.m. on the campus of Southwestern.
