Women’s Tennis Rolls 9-0 Over Pacific

FOREST GROVE, Ore. - The Boxers of Pacific University hosted the Kangaroos of Austin College for a Women's Tennis Match that ended 9-0 in favor of our 'Roos.

  A competitive match at line 1 doubles with Diana Carvajalino/Anna Sergiovanni winnig 8-4 capped a sweep of all three courts moving into singles play.

  Carvajalino continued her winning ways in singles, fighting off an aggressive baseliner 6-4, 6-1.  Melody Duong won 6-2, 6-3 at line 2, and lines 3-6 dropped a combined 6 games across 8 sets for the shutout.

  Austin College competes in a road double header on Saturday 3/17 starting with George Fox University at Tualatin Hills Athletic Club in Beaverton, Oregon at 11:00AM.
