RICHARDSON, Tex. - The Kangaroo Women's Tennis Team continued it's winning ways in it's final competition leading up to the ITA Division III Southwest Regional Championships.  The 'Roos picked up 10 singles wins out of 11, and 3 doubles victories out of 5 against tough competition.

A complete sweep of the UT-Dallas Women's Team highlighted Friday, with Anna Sergiovanni defeating Sumvruta Iyengar from UT-Dallas 6-4, 6-3.  Melody Duong picked up her first singles victory of her young, and what looks to be illustrious career, defeating Svaksha Iyengar 6-3, 4-6, 1-0 (5).

Kirsten Weber won her first match of the fall season with a decisive 6-0, 6-0 result as lines 4-6 dropped a combined 7 games against the Comets.

On Saturday, the Kangaroos played doubles against the University of the Southwest (NM), and split the two doubles matches.  Chandler Morris picked up her first doubles win of her career with Sergiovanni, 6-4, 6-4, as Brenna McCown and Summer Willig fell in a thrilling 3rd set tiebreaker 7-5, 4-6, 1-0 (9).

The 'Roos wrapped up the weekend with 4/5 singles matches over USW, as Willig picked up her first singles win of her career for Austin College 6-0, 7-6 (7), and 2/3 doubles matches against UT-Dallas.  Katie Seibert and Morris rolled to a 6-1, 6-0 victory, while Sergiovanni remained undefeated (5-0) in fall singles & doubles competition, taking down a tough doubles match with Diana Carvajalino 6-4, 6-3.
