Women's Tennis Tops Biola
The Austin College women's tennis team topped Biola 5-4 on Saturday, giving the 'Roos their first victory of the season.
The Austin College women's tennis team topped Biola 5-4 on Saturday, giving the 'Roos their first victory of the season. The result came down to the flights four and five singles matches, with a 7-5, 6-4 win from Kate Willis at number four clinching the win.
Meghan White also earned a 6-1, 6-3 win at number two singles, and Aardra Venkatachalam won 6-1, 7-5 at number five singles. Anamariia Khevali added a 6-4, 6-1 win at number six singles, and the team of Sophie McDonald and White cruised to an 8-1 win at number one doubles.
