GEORGETOWN, Texas - The Austin College women's soccer team fell behind 2-0 at Southwestern just minutes into the match and were never able to recover, dropping a 6-0 decision on the road on Friday evening.

The Pirates got on the scoreboard just over a minute into the game and added a second tally in the 8th minute of action, and would eventually take a 4-0 lead into halftime after scoring goals in the 33rd and 40th minutes of action. Southwestern held the 'Roos without a shot attempt in the half, while firing 18 shots of their own. The Pirates added their fifth goal in the 52nd minute to make it a 5-0 game early in the second half, and Southwestern would tack on one more in the 63rd minute to make it a 6-0 final.

Southwestern finished the match with a 31-to-1 shot advantage, while Heaven Barber made 12 saves in goal for Austin College.
