'Roos Fall to Trinity in Road Finale

SAN ANTONIO, Texas - The Austin College women's soccer team fell 7-0 to conference-leading Trinity on Sunday in the team's final road game of the season. The 'Roos are now 4-13-1 overall and 1-6 in Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play on the year.

It took Trinity just 47 seconds to get on the board, and the Tigers would add their second tally in the 11th minute of action. A third goal would come less than six minutes later, and the 'Roos found themselves in a four-goal deficit in the 32nd minute. That's how things would stay heading into the second half, when the Tigers tallied three times in under 10 minutes beginning in the 72nd minute to make it a 7-0 final score.

Meredith Harris made seven saves for Austin College as the Tigers held a 34-to-1 advantage in shots, including putting 14 shots on goal to none for the 'Roos.
