SAN ANTONIO, Texas - The Austin College women's soccer team trailed 2-0 at halftime and No. 11-ranked Trinity exploded for four second half goals to hand the 'Roos a 6-0 loss on the road on Sunday. The 'Roos are now 4-13 overall and 3-8 in Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play.

Trinity got on the board in the 13th minute of action but the score remained 1-0 until the 34th minute, when the Tigers (15-1, 11-0 SCAC) found the net again off the foot of Chelsea Cole. That's how things would stand heading into the break, but two goals in the first nine minutes of the second half quickly put things out of reach for Austin College. The Tigers would add a fifth goal in the 76th minute, and Briana Zunker tallied for the second time in the half in the 89th minute to make it a 6-0 final.

Austin College was held without a shot in the match, against 29 attempts by the Tigers. Trinity put 17 shots on goal, with Maya Erwin making 11 saves in defeat.
