Trinity Offense Too Much for 'Roo Women's Soccer

The Austin College women's soccer team fell 6-1 at Trinity on Sunday, as the Tigers used a 49-4 shot advantage in the match. The 'Roos are now 2-8 overall and 1-3 in Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play.

Trinity scored in the 7th minute and added another goal to head into halftime leading the 'Roos 2-0, and another Trinity score in the 79th minute made it 3-0. Maddy Millender tallied for Austin College in the 82nd minute but the Tigers responded with three more goals in the game's final seven minutes to put the 'Roos away.

Franchesca Lozoya made 14 saves in the loss for the 'Roos.
