SHERMAN, Texas – The accolades continue to pour in for Austin College women's basketball player Bryce Frank. After leading the 'Roos to an upset win over No. 13 Washington University, Frank has been selected by the US Basketball Writers Association as the Division III National Player of the Week.

This honor comes on the heels of Frank, a junior from Granbury, having been named both the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Week and selected to the D3Hoops.com Team of the Week. Last week, Frank averaged 21.0 points, 10.5 rebounds, and 3.5 assists-per-game as Austin College won the 17th Annual McWilliams Classic hosted by Washington University in St. Louis. The 'Roos went 2-0 at the tournament, including an 85-77 win over the host school in the championship game. She was also named the Tournament MVP.

Frank scored 30 points and grabbed 15 rebounds to lead Austin College to victory over Washington University, as the 'Roos overcame an early 12-point deficit thanks largely to 15 second quarter points from Frank.

Austin College athletic teams participate as a member of the NCAA Division III and the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference.
