The Austin College women's basketball team had four players reach double figures in the scoring column and hit 8-of-15 threes on their way to an easy 77-53 win at Centenary on Tuesday. The 'Roos are now 10-9 overall and 5-4 in Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play.
The 'Roos opened up a nine point halftime lead and got a big second half from Erin Riley, who hit 3-of-4 threes and scored 11 of her 17 points after halftime as the 'Roos outscored the Ladies 46-31 in the second half. Riley added nine rebounds and four assists, Christina Kime scored 13 points and grabbed seven rebounds.
Chrissy Ray came off the bench to hit 5-of-7 shots and scored a career-best 13 points and Kendall Heitmeier added 12 points and five rebounds. The 'Roos had 11 different players get into the scoring column and limited Centenary to just 27.9% shooting for the game.
