Bio

Lauren Olivier enters her first season as Austin College's head men's and women's swim coach in 2024-25. Olivier is a 2023 graduate of Austin College, and most recently served as an assistant swim coach for Racine United School District in Racine, Wisconsin, as well as an assistant for Carthage College water polo.

Olivier excelled both in the pool and the classroom as a dual-sport athlete during her time at Austin College. Her name appears in the 'Roo swimming record books three times, being part of record-setting teams in the 200 freestyle relay, 400 freestyle relay, and 400 medley relay. She was also a member of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Academic Honor Roll, as well as being named an All-American as a member of the nationally-ranked 'Roo women's water polo team following her senior campaign. 

Olivier was a dual major at Austin College, earning degrees in business administration and kinesiology, and received her master's degree in sports management from Carthage this past spring.
