The Austin College men's soccer team earned a 2-0 road victory on Friday, besting Schreiner University to improve to 4-5-1 overall and 2-2 in Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play.
Chris Abad-Jacobi got the 'Roos on the board in the first half when he took a pass from Phillip Le and found the back of the net in the 34th minute of action. The score remained 1-0 until late in the match, when Le tallied his team-best fifth goal of the season with just 32 seconds remaining to seal the victory for Austin College.
Joseph Khalaf made five saves for Austin College to earn the clean sheet. The 'Roos will next head to San Antonio to take on No. 18-ranked Trinity University.
