Tristan Dick paced the 'Roos with 23 points, his second straight game with 20 or more, while shooting 9-of-17 from the field while grabbing five rebounds and coming away with three steals. Joshua Joe and Jackson Rennie both joined him in double-figures with 12 points apiece in the loss, which saw the 'Roos trailing just 41-37 at halftime before the Crusaders hit better than 57% of their field goal attempts in the second half to pull away.
The Crusaders ended the game hitting 50.8% of their shots as a team, compared to 42% for the 'Roos. Dallas also outscored Austin College 20-14 at the free throw line and got 25 points on 11-of-14 shooting from Jack Boyle. Kelton Coleman also came off the bench for Dallas to score 23 points in just 15 minutes of action. Ethan Pearce led the 'Roos with nine rebounds, while Price Bradley dished out five assists and Nate Williams chipped in eight points in the loss.
