Men's Basketball Falls to Schreiner

The Austin College men's basketball team fell into a double digit hole at halftime and Schreiner shot nearly 56% from the field on their way to handing the 'Roos an 81-71 loss on Saturday. The 'Roos are now 5-8 overall and 1-2 in SCAC play.

Brian Baehl scored 18 points and dished out three assists to pace the 'Roos and Jeremy Swisher chipped in 12 in the loss, while Justin Wade added nine points and seven rebounds. Austin College was strong offensively, shooting 47.1% from the field and 44.4% from long distance but the Mountaineers used a 34-25 edge on the boards and scored 30 points from the free throw line.
