Hendrix Tops Austin College Despite 25 from Baehl

Brian Baehl poured in 25 points but in the end it wan't quite enough, as Austin College fell 79-73 on the road at Hendrix on Saturday afternoon. The 'Roos are now 2-3 overall this season.

Baehl scored 21 of his 25 points in the second half, knocking down 8-of-13 shots as Austin College attempted to climb out of a double-digit hole. After trailing 34-30 at halftime, the 'Roos found themselves down by as much as 14, with the score 70-56 and under five minutes left to play. The 'Roos outscored the Warriors 17-9 the rest of the way but were unable to close the gap to under six points.

Austin Wells added 18 points, while Austin Free scored nine points and pulled down 14 rebounds, while also handing out three assists. Stephen Igbinosa chipped in eight points and six boards.
