'Roo Football Comeback Falls Short

The Austin College football team fell short in its comeback attempt at Occidental, falling 35-25 on Saturday night. The 'Roos are now 0-3 on the year.

Jesko completed 26-of-48 passes for 307 yards with two touchdowns and an interception and Bryce Murphy carried 13 times for 100 yards to lead the 'Roos offensively. Brooks Ward made 12 tackles, including 2.0 for loss and a sack, and also forced a fumble to lead Austin College defensively. Hodge, Nathan Packard, and Jantzen Foster all had interceptions.
