IRVING, Texas -- The Crusaders played in two SCAC contests, against Austin College and the Celts of St. Thomas this weekend. The Crusaders came out on top in both contests this weekend, 1-0 over the 'Roos and a 3-1 senior night spoilage over the Celts. Crusaders finish with a season record of 5-10-1, and a conference mark of 3-6-1.
Haley Cline kicked off the scoring against the 'Roos with the lone winning goal on Tuesday night, fueling a must win mentality to finish out the season. The Crusaders would feed off that performance on Friday night and three separate athletes went on to score.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Ella Charles finished the weekend with 9 saves on 10 shots on goal
- Nevaeh Coronado, Semya Chancellor, Kaitlyn Munguia and Haley Cline netted 1 goal a piece
