LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Austin College women's tennis player Anna Sergiovanni has been named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Co-Player of the Week, the league office has announced.

Sergiovanni, a freshman from Richardson, went 3-0 at line two singles last week in a trio of matches against SCAC opponents. She also tallied a 1-2 record in No. 2 doubles.

Her performance last week was highlighted by a win over Trinity University's Marie Lutz, the 25th-ranked individual in the west region. Sergiovanni also posted wins over Colorado College and Texas Lutheran in singles.
