WINDCREST, Tex. - Our Lady of the Lake University hosted an 8-Kilometer Invitational at Windcrest Golf Course, and the Austin College Men's Cross Country Team posted some of the best results in program history.

Matthew Gregory broke his personal 8K record by 1.7 seconds, good for 3rd best in AC History and 24th in the event.  Freshmen Johnny Biffar and Chris Biffar posted times of 29:15.9 & 29:50.0 respectively, and are now the holders of the 6th-best and 9th-best 8K times in the Kangaroo record books.

The 'Roos will continue to work to improve on these times and climb higher in Austin College Men's Cross Country history as they return to Sherman for the remainder of the month of September.  Their next event will be in Marshall, TX on October 7th for the East Texas Baptist Meet.
