MARSHALL, Texas - The Austin College men's soccer team fell behind early, but the 'Roos tallied twice in the second half to earn a 2-1 comeback victory on the road at Wiley College on Friday afternoon. The 'Roos are now 4-2 overall this season.

Wiley struck early, getting a goal from Peter Tu just over four minutes into the game to go on top 1-0. That remained the score through the rest of the opening half, as Wiley controlled much of the possession and finished the first 45 minutes with an 8-3 shot advantage. Austin College would start to take more control after halftime, out-shooting Wiley 9-8, and Louis Catchpole scored his sixth goal of the year in the 65th minute to square things up.

The game looked to be on its way to a draw, but Austin College managed to get the go-ahead goal with under eight minutes remaining when Max Mundorff found Pierce Wear, who buried a shot in the back of the net to make it 2-1 and give the 'Roos the win. Everardo Garza got the win in goal for Austin College, stopping both of the shots he faced in the second half following a four save first half for Jayson Baldwin.
