SHERMAN, Texas - The Austin College baseball team's season opening weekend has been shifted due to the expected weather in the area on Friday and Saturday. The 'Roos, who were originally slated to take on Dallas Christian and Park University on Saturday in Farmer's Branch, will now play a single game on Thursday at Baker Field.

Austin College and Dallas Christian will now play a single 9-inning game on Thursday in Sherman, with cold temperatures and rain expected to enter North Texas through Friday evening and into Saturday morning.
