IRVING, Tex. - In their final meet before hosting SCAC Conference Championships on October 31, the Austin College Men's Cross-Country Team competed in the 5-Kilometer event at the University of Dallas Invitational.

Diego Robledo set a new personal record with a time of 20:36.5; good for 46th overall at a pace of 6:37.6 per mile, while the rest of the Kangaroo Runners were competing in their first 5K of their careers.

Narenda Balkaran finished with a time of 22:32.3, but gave a great effort and showed improvement while closing the gap between Austin College's first and final finisher.

As previously mentioned, the 'Roos will host the SCAC Conference Championship Meet at Stone Creek Golf Course in Sherman, TX on Saturday, October 31st.  The Men's 8K is set to begin at 10:00 AM.
