SHERMAN, Tex. - The Southwestern Pirates Men's Tennis Team swept all three doubles after trailing late on Lines 1 and 2, and claimed the first two singles points to put away the Kangaroos 5-0 in the SCAC Tournament Semifinals.

  Austin College fought valiantly in doubles competition, but was unable to close out on two pivotal courts en route to an 0-3 deficit heading into singles.

  The Kangaroo highlight of the match came at Line 1 Singles, where Senior co-Captain Josh Granberry claimed the first set over Alexis Dimanche, NCAA Singles All-American, just before the Pirates claimed their fifth victory of the contest.

  Austin College returns to the courts on Sunday, April 21st in the 3rd place match against Schreiner University.
