LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Austin College women's swimmer Liberty Chanin, men's swimmer Ethan Nguyen, and men's diver Colton Baker have earned Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference weekly honors for their outstanding performances at the Austin College Invite, the league office has announced.

Chanin, a freshman from Irving, was named the SCAC Women's Swimmer of the Week after leading the 'Roos to a fourth place team finish at the AC Invite on Saturday. She posted a second-place finish in the 500-freestyle, coming in with a time of 5:30.42. Chanin also added a sixth-place finish in the 200-yard freestyle after posting a time of 2:06.37.

Nguyen, a freshman from Highland Park, was named the conference's Men's Swimmer of the Week after helping the 'Roos finish third overall at the AC Invite. Nguyen turned in a pair of top three finishes including touching the wall first in the in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 59.64. He added a third-place finish in the 100 IM, posting a time of 55.29.

Baker, a senior from Copper Canyon, was named the SCAC Men's Diver of the Week after a strong performance in both the 1-meter and 3-meter diving events at the AC Invite. Baker placed third in both events, helping the 'Roos place third at the meet behind only a pair of NCAA Division II opponents.
