LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – Austin College swimmer Chris Brown has been named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Male Swimmer of the Week, the league office has announced.

Brown, a sophomore from Garland, was a triple winner for Austin College this past Saturday as the 'Roos took on McMurry University in a road dual meet. Brown took top finishes in the 400-yard Individual Medley (4:25.38) and 100-yard Back (55.60), and was on the winning 200 medley relay team for the 'Roos.

Austin College athletic teams participate as a member of the NCAA Division III and the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference.
