Women's XC Makes History; Finishes 2nd at Dallas Invitational

IRVING, Tex. - Three runners placed inside the Top-10 finishers for the Austin College Women's Cross Country Team at the University of Dallas Invitational, leading to the first Top-3 finish the Kangaroo XC History.

Eden Llamas took home 2nd place with a 5K time of 20:46.77, her best finish in an event of her career.  Hannah Richards was close behind at 4th with a time of 21:03.97, and Alex Quinn ran a 21:49.32, good for 9th place.

Madison Galvan placed 4th for the Kangaroos at 15th overall with her time of 22:44.77, and Bailey Clark crossed the line with a time of 25:13.57 in 24th place.

In preparation for the SCAC Conference Championships in Seguin, TX on October 28th, the Kangaroos finished behind only McMurry University as a team, defeating the host University of Dallas 54 to 67.
