The Austin College women's cross country team ran well at the 2016 SCAC Championship Meet, finishing fifth with a team score of 117, just six points behind the third and fourth place teams.
Eden Llamas was the top finisher for Austin College, coming in with a time of 25:39.34 to claim 18th place overall. Alex Quinn came in with a 21st place finish and a time of 26:09.47, and Haleigh Hahn took 25th with a time of 27:03.56.
Hahn was joined at the finish line by Sydney Perez and Madison Galvan, who finished just behind her at 26th and 27th, respectively. Perez came in with a time of 27:07.33 and Galvan was just five seconds behind that time, finishing in 27:08.37 to round out the top five for Austin College.
