LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Austin College volleyball player Mari Prazak has been named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week, the league office has announced.
Prazak, a sophomore libero from Fort Worth, helped lead Austin College to a 3-1 record over the weekend, averaging 5.14 digs-per-set while also adding 14 assists and four service aces. Prazak, who last year set the Austin College program record for most digs in a season by a freshman, currently paces the SCAC with 176 digs through eight matches.
