KERRVILLE, Tex. - The Austin College Women's Tennis Team lost a tough but competitive match against the Tigers from Colorado College today.
Doubles was not the best of the season for AC, as Colorado College took all three lines, dropping only 6 games in total to the 'Roos.
But Austin College does not go down easily, as singles proved to be a difficult test for the Tigers. Grace Ortiz found herself up a set against an opponent who was up a set on Ortiz in last year's matchup.
But the Kangaroos could not get their footing before Colorado College clinched the match with their fifth point.
Austin College returns to the court to play Centenary College tomorrow at 1 in the 6th/7th place match.
