The Austin College men's and women's tennis teams fell to the University of Texas-Dallas on Friday, with each team dropping a 9-0 decision against the Comets.

The women got a strong performance at flight one doubles from Lizzie Flint and Sophie McDonald, but the pair fell 8-9 (7-5) in a hard fought match. Meghan White and Ashley Hellman played tough matches at numbers four and five singles, with White falling 4-6, 3-6 and Hellman dropping a 5-7, 1-6 match.

On the men's side, the team of James Taylor and Jack Kunde dropped a tough match at number two doubles 5-8. Taylor also dropped a tough match at number two singles 3-6, 0-6, and Tyler Roush fell 1-6, 3-6 at number one singles.
