The Austin College women's soccer team fought Texas Lutheran to a standstill on Friday night, finishing the evening with a 0-0 draw after two overtimes. The 'Roos are now 2-3-1 overall and 0-1-1 in Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play.

Texas Lutheran dominated much of the action early, out-shooting Austin College 15-4 in the first half and 13-5 in the second half. However, neither the Bulldogs nor the 'Roos were able to find the back of the net, sending things to overtime. The 'Roos and Bulldogs each had opportunities in the first overtime but once again both defenses held strong, with the same result following in overtime number two.

The Bulldogs finished the match holding a 32-10 advantage in shots, though just a 7-3 edge in shots on goal. Laura McGee stopped all seven shots she faced to earn the clean sheet.
