The Austin College women's soccer team surrendered a pair of goals late in the first half and were unable to recover, falling 2-0 at Mary Hardin-Baylor on Tuesday evening. The 'Roos are now 0-2 overall this season.

After battling Mary Hardin-Baylor throughout much of the first half, the Crusaders broke through with a score in the 40th minute to go on top 1-0. That would be followed up a few minutes later, as UMHB found the net with only seconds remaining in the opening half to take a 2-0 lead into the break.

Austin College was unable to muster any second half offense, managing three shots after halftime. The 'Roos weren't able to get any on frame, however, and the game would end in a 2-0 loss for Austin College. Laura McGee made 13 saves for Austin College, as the Crusaders owned a 23-5 shot advantage in the match.
