LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – Austin College women's basketball player Bryce Frank has been named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Week, the league office has announced.

Frank, a senior forward from Granbury, led the 'Roos to a 60-57 upset victory over No. 14-ranked Texas-Dallas in the team's only game over the Thanksgiving break. Frank scored 23 points on 9-of-16 shooting and added 10 rebounds for her second double-double of the season. After the 'Roos fell behind 51-50 late, Frank scored four straight points to give Austin College the lead back for good.

This is the second time this year that Frank has earned this honor. She currently leads the SCAC in scoring, rebounding, and field goal percentage. 

Austin College athletic teams participate as a member of the NCAA Division III and the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference.
