Kendall Heitmeier buried a three pointer at the buzzer to give Austin College a 71-68 victory over No. 25-ranked UT-Tyler on Wednesday afternoon. The 'Roos improve to 7-3 overall, while snapping UT-Tyler's 22-game home winning streak.

Austin College led 41-32 at halftime and led by as much as 14 after an Ann Savage three pointer made it 52-38 early in the third quarter, but the Patriots came all the way back and grabbed a 61-60 lead with 7:19 left to play. Savage would hit another three, and Kendra Rainey and Heitmeier would each score as Austin College regained the lead and made it 68-65 in the game's final moments.

The Patriots would square things up with just 4.2 seconds on the clock on a three pointer from Alexus Bertrand, but Heitmeier knocked down her game-winner from the right wing just as time expired to give Austin College the victory.
