SHERMAN, Texas - Due to what is expected to be cold and rainy weather throughout Friday and into Saturday, the Austin College softball team's doubleheader against Texas A&M-Texarkana will not be played on Saturday afternoon.

The 'Roos were originally slated to play the doubleheader beginning at noon at Old Settlers Park, but with inclement weather expected the decision was made to postpone until later in the season. Austin College head coach Kathleen Laster and Texas A&M-Texarkana are currently working toward finding an open date later in the season to play the doubleheader in Sherman.
