'Roo Water Polo Set for MPSF Tournament

SHERMAN, Texas - The Austin College men's water polo team is in California this weekend for the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Tournament, with the 'Roos opening up the weekend against Penn State-Behrend on Friday morning.

The 'Roos enter their second postseason with a record of 3-17 and plenty of momentum heading into the tournament, having won three straight games including a victory over Penn State-Behrend. Austin College will be taking on PSB at 9:00 a.m. Pacific on the campus of the University of California, Berkeley to determine the No. 5 and No. 6 seeds for the remainder of the weekend. The winner of Friday morning's game takes on No. 4 Cal at 3:00 p.m. Pacific, while the loser becomes the No. 6-seed and takes on No. 3 UCLA at 1:00 p.m. Pacific.
