LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – Austin College men's swimmer Tyler Brown has been named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Swimmer of the Week, the league office has announced.

Brown, a sophomore from San Antonio, had several first place finishes as Austin College earned a big win over McMurry. Brown won the 200 individual medley with a time of 2:05.42 and was part of the 'Roo relay team that won the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:42.87. He also posted a meet-best time of 1:03.32 in the 100 breaststroke

Austin College athletic teams participate as a member of the NCAA Division III and the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference.
