SHERMAN, Texas –With heavy rainfall expected through Friday, the schedule and locations for this weekend's Austin College soccer matches have been shifted. Friday's home matches against Southwestern have been canceled, Sunday's matches against Texas Lutheran have been moved to Cardinal Stadium in Melissa.

After consultation between both Austin College and Southwestern, the decision was made not to make up the games on Saturday as a result of both the continued expected poor weather and the lack of available alternate venues. The 'Roos will play at Melissa ISD's football stadium on Sunday with the men playing at 12:00 p.m. while the women play at 2:00 p.m.

Sunday is Senior Day for both the men's and women's soccer programs, and those celebrations will still take place as scheduled. 

Austin College athletic teams participate as a member of the NCAA Division III and the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference.
